Privacy Policy
Jewel Beads ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App, which third-party services are used, and how you can contact us.
1. Information We Process
Depending on how you use the App, the following categories of information may be processed:
- Gameplay and preference information, such as level progress, in-game item counts, audio settings, vibration settings, and review-request timing.
- Crash and diagnostic information, such as stack traces, relevant app state, app version, operating system version, device model, device metadata, session identifiers, and installation identifiers.
- Advertising information, such as IP address, general location inferred from IP address, app interactions, ad views, ad clicks, video views, diagnostic information, Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers where available.
- Consent status and privacy choices processed through Google's User Messaging Platform where required.
- A rating and optional written review if you choose to submit them through the Google Play in-app review flow.
- Support or feedback content if you contact us directly.
2. Gameplay and Local Data
The App is a casual bead-sorting and pixel-art puzzle game. Gameplay state and preferences are primarily processed on your device.
- Level progress, in-game currency or item counts, sound settings, vibration settings, and similar preferences may be kept during gameplay or stored locally on your device.
- The App stores limited review-request timing and level information locally to avoid prompting you too frequently.
- The App does not require an account to play.
- We do not operate our own gameplay account server for uploading your level progress, profile, or personal identity information.
- You can remove local App data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
3. Sound and Vibration
The App includes sound effects and optional vibration feedback. Your sound and vibration choices may be stored locally. The App does not use your microphone and does not record audio from your device.
4. Permissions and Device Features
The App may use the following permissions or capabilities:
- Internet access and network state to load ads, request consent information, use Google Play features, and send crash diagnostics.
- Wi-Fi state information to determine network availability.
- Advertising-related identifiers and capabilities used by Google advertising and attribution services.
- Vibration capability for optional haptic feedback where supported.
The App does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or precise GPS location for normal gameplay.
5. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The App includes third-party services that may process data under their own privacy terms:
- Google Mobile Ads SDK / AdMob, used to load and display interstitial and rewarded ads.
- Google User Messaging Platform, used to request and store advertising consent choices where required.
- Firebase Crashlytics, used to collect crash reports and diagnostic information so we can improve App stability.
- Google Play services and Google Play In-App Reviews, used for Android platform services and the optional rating and review flow.
The App does not currently include the Firebase Analytics SDK. Please review each provider's privacy terms for more information about its data practices.
6. Advertising and Consent
The App uses Google advertising services to show interstitial ads at selected natural transitions and rewarded ads when you voluntarily request an optional in-game benefit. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or used only for technical delivery depending on your region, device settings, consent status, and applicable Google policies.
Google advertising services may automatically collect or share:
- IP address and general location inferred from it;
- app launches, taps, ad views, video views, and other product interactions;
- ad performance, SDK performance, errors, and other diagnostic information;
- Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers where available;
- rewarded-ad completion status and consent or privacy signals.
These data may be used for advertising, ad measurement, analytics related to advertising, security, and fraud prevention. Data transmitted by Google advertising services is encrypted in transit.
7. Crash Reports and Diagnostics
Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects information when the App crashes or encounters certain stability problems. This may include stack traces, relevant app state, timestamps, app identifier and version, operating system information, device model and hardware metadata, session identifiers, the Crashlytics installation UUID, and the Firebase installation ID.
We use this information only to diagnose crashes, improve performance, fix bugs, and maintain App reliability. Crashlytics does not provide us with your Google password, payment card information, contacts, photos, or private messages.
8. Ratings and Reviews
The App may invite you to use the Google Play in-app review flow after you have completed gameplay milestones. You may choose to provide a one-to-five-star rating and an optional written review. Google Play processes this user-entered content under Google's terms. A submitted review may be public on Google Play; in a closed testing track, it may instead be shared privately with the developer. You can manage or delete your review through your Google Play Store or Google Account.
9. Accounts, Purchases, and Payments
The App does not currently require user accounts and does not include subscriptions or in-app purchases. We do not collect payment card, bank account, or billing credential information. If account or purchase features are introduced later, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are released.
10. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Limited data may be processed or shared:
- with service providers integrated into the App, including Google, AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google Play services;
- when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request;
- when reasonably necessary to protect users, the App, our rights, or the rights and safety of others.
11. Data Retention
- Local gameplay information and settings remain on your device until overwritten, cleared, or removed when you uninstall the App.
- Advertising, consent, Google Play, and Crashlytics data may be retained by Google according to the applicable service terms and retention policies.
- Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request and maintain service quality.
12. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to use advertising and online services independently. If you believe that a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review the request.
13. International Data Processing
Google and other service providers may operate globally. Information processed through their services may therefore be handled on servers outside your country or region, subject to the safeguards and terms maintained by those providers and applicable law.
14. Your Choices

15. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the App and rely on established service providers for advertising, crash reporting, consent, and Google Play functionality. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its SDKs, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted with an updated effective date.
