Gameplay information stored locally, such as scores, best records, selected game mode, selected music chart, language, sound settings, and other app preferences.
App usage and diagnostics data, such as app opens, screen or feature usage, crash-related signals, device type, app version, operating system version, and basic technical information.
Advertising-related identifiers and signals, such as the Android advertising ID, ad views, ad clicks, rewarded video completion status, and privacy-preserving attribution signals supported by Google services.
Approximate location inferred by third-party advertising or analytics services from network information, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
User-provided support or feedback content if you contact us directly.

2. Gameplay and Local Data

The App is a casual music and tile-based mini game collection. Most gameplay data is processed locally on your device.

Scores, best records, selected mode options, selected music, language settings, audio settings, and similar preferences may be saved on your device.
The App does not require an account to play.
We do not operate our own gameplay account server for uploading your scores or personal profile information at this time.
You can remove local gameplay data by clearing app data or uninstalling the App.

3. Music and Sound

The App includes music charts and sound effects used for gameplay. Your selected music chart and sound preferences may be stored locally. The App does not use your microphone and does not record audio from your device.

4. Permissions and Device Features

The App may request or use the following permissions or capabilities:

Internet and network state to load ads, support Google services, and send diagnostics or analytics where enabled.
Advertising-related permissions used by Google advertising and attribution services.
Android share features if you choose to share game results through apps installed on your device.

The App does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or precise GPS location for normal gameplay.

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The App includes third-party services that may process data according to their own privacy policies:

Google Mobile Ads SDK / AdMob, used to load and display ads, including interstitial ads, app open ads, and rewarded video ads.
Firebase Analytics, used to measure app usage and engagement.
Firebase Crashlytics, used to collect crash reports and diagnostic information so we can improve stability.
Google Play services, used by Google SDKs and Android platform features.

6. Advertising and Rewarded Videos

The App uses Google advertising services. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, consent status, and Google policy requirements.

Advertising services may process:

advertising identifiers;
device and app information;
IP address and approximate location derived from network information;
ad views, clicks, errors, and performance events;
rewarded video completion status, such as whether a rewarded ad was fully watched;
consent status and privacy preferences where required by law or platform policy.

Rewarded video ads may be used to continue a game after failure or access optional in-game benefits. Rewards are handled inside the App and do not require us to collect your name, email address, or account profile.

7. Analytics and Crash Reports

Firebase Analytics may help us understand general app usage, such as which screens or features are used and how the App performs. Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash logs, stack traces, device model, operating system version, app version, installation identifiers, and related diagnostic data when the App crashes.

This information is used to improve performance, fix bugs, and maintain service quality.

8. Sharing

If you choose to share a game result, the App may open the Android system share sheet. The content you choose to share is sent through the app or service you select, and that service's own privacy policy applies. We do not receive your private messages or your contacts from the Android share sheet.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or allow processing of limited data only in the following circumstances:

with service providers and SDK partners integrated into the App, such as Google, AdMob, Firebase, and Google Play services;
when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request;
to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the App, or others.

10. Data Retention

Data retention depends on the type of data:

local gameplay records and settings remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App;
third-party services such as Google, AdMob, and Firebase may retain data according to their own retention policies;
support or feedback communications may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain service quality.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to use such services independently. If you believe personal information from a child was provided improperly, contact us and we will review the request.

12. International Users

Because third-party providers such as Google may operate globally, information processed through their SDKs may be handled on servers located outside your country or region, subject to their applicable safeguards and policies.

13. Your Choices

Depending on your device, region, and applicable law, you may be able to:

manage app permissions through your device settings;
reset or limit your advertising ID through Android settings;
manage ad personalization through Google settings where available;
clear local app data or uninstall the App;
contact us to ask privacy-related questions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
